PORK PANCAKES

Another fun, quick and tasty recipe from Catharine’s Kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  • Your Favorite Box of Pancake Mix

  • 1 lb. of Edley’s Smoked Pork

  • 1 Cup of Pancake Syrup

  • 1/2 Cup of BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tbs. of Edley’s Hot Chicken Rub

RECIPE

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Make your pancakes as directed on the box.

  3. Put your pork in the oven, covered. Check after 5 minutes and stir.

  4. Mix 1 cup of pancake syrup with 1/2 cup of Edley’s BBQ sauce. OPTIONAL: add Edley’s Hot Chicken Rub to desired spice level.

  5. Place pork into pancake taco-style, about 2 oz of pork per pancake.

  6. Top with syrup mixture, and enjoy.
