Edley’s Opening Newest Location in Chattanooga

Nashville Barbecue Restaurant Joins Chattanooga Dining Scene.

NASHVILLE (October 12th, 2017) –.  The well-known Nashville restaurant, Edley’s Bar-B-Que will be open its doors in Chattanooga on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Edley’s transformed the Old Knitting Mill into restaurant space in the historic NorthShore neighborhood. The nearly 3,900 square-foot space sits at 205 Manufacturers Rd. The new Edley’s will seat approximately 100 people inside and 150 on the outdoor patio.

The Chattanooga location is the fifth store for owners Will and Catharine Newman. Their flagship store opened in Nashville in 2009. “I grew up not far from Chattanooga and have always had great respect for the city” said owner Will Newman. “We’re very excited about this location and are flattered to be a part of this vibrant community”.

Edley’s Bar-B-Que is a family-owned business, named after the owner’s grandfather, Edley Newman. The restaurant offers traditional barbecue dishes, such as brisket platters or pork sandwiches, as well as Mexican-inspired meals like catfish tacos or BBQ nachos. Each location has an atmosphere unique to its community and a full bar offering craft beer on tap and unique, Southern cocktails. Edley’s is open every day for lunch and dinner and serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
